Feeding Hannibal: A Connoisseur’s Cookbook came out last week, on October 18. The book is by the food stylist for the show, Janice Poon. It features recipes from the show’s various episodes, such as “Heart Tartare Hearts” from Episode 206 and “Foie Gras Timbits” from the same episode. Eww.
Besides the recipes, this book offers behind-the-scenes photos from the show.
If you often throw dark dinner parties, or have a friend obsessed with the Hannibal TV series, you might want to check this book out more closely.
